We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure a smooth experience. As reservations fill up quickly on both weekdays and weekends, we appreciate it if you could book by the day before. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are also welcome.

Couples and families are welcome; we have a dedicated couples' room.
Do I need to change my clothes?
Free changing room available.
Can I use a credit card?

Are the services safe to use during pregnancy?
For safety and security, we do not provide services to pregnant women and individuals who have been drinking alcohol.
Is there anything I should bring?
You don't need to bring anything specific for your visit. We offer complimentary changing rooms for your convenience. 
Do you offer couples' rooms?
Yes, we have couple rooms available that can accommodate two people. Feel free to enjoy them with friends, family, or a partner. As the number of couple rooms is limited, we recommend making a reservation as early as possible.
What is the policy if I miss my appointment?
Please note that depending on reservation availability, we may need to adjust the course time or cancel your reservation.
Additionally, if you do not arrive within the reserved time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and it will not be possible to use it again.
